Joint Venture with University of the Arts (2006-2007)

 

During 2006, Mr. Tillman, in conjunction with the University of the Arts, launched a programme which was designed to assist graduate artists which have not yet been picked up by galleries to sell their work directly to collectors.

 

This programme featured the works of 2-4 promising artists who showed their work in Grisons Peak's offices on a daily basis. Twice per year, these artists were also invited to discuss both the work on display as well as their historical body of work to a small group of City of London executives, who could commission additional work from these artists.

 

The artists could sell their work directly to the collectors eliminating commissions which would be charged by galleries.
